This offer applies to standard shipping to one location in the continental United States – we do not offer free shipping on international orders. When you select Standard Shipping, you will usually receive most items within 3-10 calendar days of the receipt of your order. If you require faster shipping, we can offer this at a very reasonable rate. During the checkout process, we will show you all of the shipping options available to your shipping address. If you are in the Jacksonville Florida area, free in-store pickup is also an option for those local.

If you are not fully satisfied with any product, for any reason whatsoever, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or an in-house credit. You also have the option to exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (30 days).

Are you located in the Jacksonville Florida area? Need your order today? Get it fast (for free!) with our local pickup option. Orders can be ready within 2 hours of placing them. 

You can pickup your order or assign an alternate person to pickup the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the order to the Pickup Option section during checkout.

You will need to bring a government issued ID, and the order receipt email when you come to pickup the order. If you are unable to print your order receipt email,, the associate can view it on your mobile device. All orders should be picked up from our Jacksonville Florida location.
